So, I’m hopping back on the menu planning train. Not only does it help me, when I’m get home late from work – it also helps with grocery shopping and money saving.
Here’s what I’m planning. Most of the recipes are from Jamie Cooks It Up (which is an awesome site, by the way).
- Monday: Butter Cream Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Peas
- Tuesday: Leftovers
- Wednesday: Sloppy Joes, Crispy Parmesan Oven Fries and Green Beans
- Thursday: Leftovers
- Friday: Sweet & Sour Chicken, Rice and Broccoli
- Saturday: Leftovers
- Sunday: Skillet Pork Chops & Gravy, Fried Potatoes and Mixed Vegetables
