Red Lightning [Review]

Let’s be real, I need to lose some weight. I know I’ve said this before, but this time is different. I don’t just want to lose weight. I want to life a more healthful life. I want to be a role-model, for my son. And, I want to be able to play with him, without getting out of breath.

This is why I was so pleased, when I was contacted by eVitamins, to test and review some products, from their website. It can only help my quest, right?

The first product I received, for review, is Source of Life’s Red Lightning.

According to the eVitamins website…

Red Lightning delivers red foods’ amazing energizing antioxidant power! Supplying 30 whole food concentrates and extracts, including pomegranate, mangosteen, açai, goji and noni, Source of Life Red Lightning packs a mega-powerful antioxidant punch with an incredible total ORAC value of 4000 per serving!

Red Lightning promises a “guaranteed burst of energy,” and it totally delivers. As a mom, to a very rambunctious little boy, a wife, and a working mom (with two jobs), I often find myself dragging, by late afternoon.  Yeah, I could use all the energy I can get.

I’ll admit, I was skeptical, when I first tried Red Lightning, but it didn’t disappoint. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to replace my daily soda, with this. Especially since it’s all-natural, and so much better for me.

Red Lightning also comes in capsule form. But, thank goodness, they sent me the energy drink mix version that I can just add to juice or water. Because, every now and then, I still have trouble swallowing pills.

Red Lightning is free from artificial colors and preservatives, yeast, wheat, corn, soy and milk; and retails for $20.96 on the eVitamins website.

I really need to find a “pick me up” through-out my day. My daily vitamins are just not cutting it any longer. I drink so much cafiene that I think I’m becoming immune to it.
    Thanks for posting this.
